Sincs & Bilko VIP Giveaway, Terms & Conditions

1. Prize: 2x VIP Tickets (valued at $160 each). The prize is valid for use at the Sincs & Bilko show in Devonport on 24th January 2025 only.
   
   
2. Inclusions: Early access, photo opportunity, partial practice viewing, meet & greet, and autograph session.
   
   
3. Exclusions: Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only for the specified event date.
   
   
4. Weather Policy: This is an outdoor event and will proceed in varying weather conditions.
   
   
   • Rain: The show can safely proceed in wet weather. Attendees should dress appropriately.
     
     
   • Wind: Strong winds may impact rider safety and stunt performance. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the event may be delayed or rescheduled.
     
     
   • Show Completion: For the event to be considered fulfilled, at least 70% of the scheduled show must be completed. If less than 70% is able to go ahead due to weather/safety concerns, the event will be rescheduled to the following day.
     
     
   • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the event is unable to meet the above conditions (not reaching 70% of completion and unable to reschedule).
     
     
5. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email and announced on official event social channels. If no response within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn.
