This is an outdoor event and will proceed in varying weather conditions. Please note the following:

• Rain: The show can safely proceed in wet weather. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the conditions.

• Wind: Strong winds may impact rider safety and stunt performance. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the event may be delayed or rescheduled.

• Show Completion: For the event to be considered fulfilled, at least 70% of the scheduled show must be completed. If less than 70% of the performance is able to go ahead due to weather or safety concerns, the event will be rescheduled for the following day.

• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the event is unable to meet the above conditions (i.e., not reaching 70% of show completion and unable to be rescheduled).
